My brother offered to burn him, but that sounded suspiciously like "Set sister's dead pet bird on fire and play with it", so I said no. I buried him with an old brass bell he loved. The other one died at the same time as my last parakeet (???), so I buried those two together.

My pulmonologist told me I can't have birds anymore because they raise hell with asthma.

The vast majority of my animals live to senility, barring one catastrophic treefrog colony loss, so I must be doing something right.
