I already pre-ordered SWTOR. Don't get me started on that mess. They didn't send me my preorder code, so I emailed them. They said that they had no record of me preordering it. I got charged the 5.41 for the preorder. I called customer support and they said they had no record until about 10 minutes into the call he said he finally found it. He couldn't give me a preorder code though. He said that they don't handle that, the website does. So I still am missing a preorder code for the game I preordered. On top of not being able to find that I preordered it, they also tried to sell me a bunch of games on their origin service. I am starting to hate EA. I do have the game coming to me though, when it ships.
