In Tasmania we have a problem with the fox. It is a really big problem because the natural defences of most of our native animals require that they sit still and shiver.
It is such a big problem that the govt set up an anti-fox taskforce early this year.
Yes, a taskforce
The taskforce employs a multitude of people and demands a hefty budget to pay for their 4 wheel drives, traps, guns and wages.
So far the taskforce has caught a whopping 2 whole foxes. And they were bragging about it on the news!
