The stopped giving away free Slurpees here in Winnipeg once the stores reached around 1000 giveaways... and that happened at around 2:00 for most stores. Some 7-11's were out of free stuff in the middle of the morning (like the ones were radio stations set up a transmitter thing).
We'e the Slurpee capital of the world. The stores here sell around 8300 Slurpees per month. :O
