I must come forth with an admission, at this point, for I most grievously did not notice that it was your painful absence that was the cause for the hollow pangs of emptiness that rang through my heart. I knew that something most heinous was to blame, but I knew not what should be the cause of such sorrows as I have never before this point hitherto known.

Dear friend, I must confess I am thrilled beyond my limited capacity for discourse as I am apt to describe, to have you back amongst us again. I certainly hope that your day of birthing was amicable to you, and know that though each passing day brings you closer to wrinkly demise, your daily newfound wisdom and maturity shines ever like a beacon to my sassy heart.
