Well, so far I pretty much agree with everything y'all have said, although I still have kind of a soft spot in my heart for the Misfits. With that being said:

1. Good Charlotte, Blink 182, Simple Plan, New Found Glory, etc. All these lame ass pretty boy "punk" bands are just complete and utter shit, sullying the (once) good name of the genre.

2. Chevelle. I can't listen to the radio for more than eight minutes without hearing one of their songs.

3. White Stripes. See number 2.

4. Led Zepplin. Sorry, I guess I'm just too unsophisticated to understand the "mastery" of their songs. Plant's voice is grating, Page's guitar work is dull, and as for John Bonham, I have drummer friends who swear by him "because he hits them so hard". Whoop-de-fucking-doo. That's what drummers do.

5. White Zombie/Rob Zombie. Quite possibly the worst voice in the history of music.


I know there's a plethora of others, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment. More to come later.
