Bush's new Iraq policy

So, the speech on the new Iraq policy has been pushed back until after the New Year.

Predictions?

Here's mine. It will use the phrase "A New Way Forward", and it will feature no dramatic policy changes. He will reiterate that failure is not an option, or victory is the strategy, or some such phrase that means 'stay the course'.
