my ten-year-old son and i were talking, and the fact that easter's coming up arose. he claimed he hated easter 'cause the easter bunny's stupid.

"but you like rabbits," i responded.

"but he's PINK and girly," ryan said. "i'm gonna cap him between the eyes."

i told him he definitely shouldn't expect a basket full of candy this year.
