I couldn't use any of my cool abilities because they cost soulshards and I only had a couple left over. I took out the mage in a 1-on-1, then got killed by the rogue a bunch of times while concentrating on the pally.

Heh... it's a RARE drop that only occurs in Dark Shore. I was in there yesterday, but the place to potentially get it is too difficult for me to solo, not to mention that it's Alliance territory and little guys kept trying to gank me. Eventually I died and just hearthed out.

We could go back in force, though.

That might attract a lot of attention, though. If we were to get the pattern, that would be an awesome money maker because EVERY warlock gets this quest, though it's not very important.

As much as I wish I could play on a server with all of my RL and internet friends, having my attention split between multiple characters on 3-4 different servers has kinda kept me from getting over level 30 on any of em, so I really wouldn't recommend it unless you get bored with your main.

yeah unfortunately I have been in the same boat. Laughing Skull is 2nd on the list but that 2nd gets beat down... It's all good though, I'll have a bit more free time here once I get supervisor finally.

I couldn't play this game for 3 weeks, due to my video card crapping out and needing to get it replaced. So I FINALLY get to play again, and I'm expecting my rest EXP to be out the ass. I was looking forward to being able to catch up to my friends so we could all continue doing quests together.

I only had enough to carry me through 2 levels. I'm level 26 now, and all my friends are 30-34. Apparently, they capped how much rest EXP you could get.

So now I have NOBODY to play with. I've just been soloing until I can find new friends, but when you get that far into the game, everyone's doing such different quests, it's hard to find someone working on the same things you are.

The rest cap is set at around one week, which usually carries you about 1-1/2 levels.
