oh and to answer your question i think jared only lost weight cos his calorie intake was so incredibly horrible before the subway diet and he never exercised. then he started walking about 2 miles a day and only took in maybe 1200 cal. (6 inch turk, 12 inch veg) so yeah... THE SUBWAY DIET IS A LIE JUST STOP EATING SO MUCH GODDAMN FOOD AND WALK AROUND FATASSES!
oh and i love how so many women in their 40's come in to try the subway diet and how they don't want any condiments/cheese/oil on their sandwiches and shit but yet they fucking repark their cars so they don't have to walk an extra 300 feet. AND YOU BITHES COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU'RE NOT LOSING WEIGHT?!
