They got rid of it I think after the first or second season

I've seen one episode in the UK with that verse added in; which is strange since they usually cut the first scene for time. You can tell because there's still audience laughter over the first few beats of the theme tune.

The full theme's about 3 minutes long and the cut one is about 1 minute.
