I didn't want to see him go, TBH. We got my daughter's personalized jersey right before he was traded to us and then it was like why did we even bother.

We just got Hartnell for Umby. I know Umby was unhappy here. Now Hartnell gets to be unhappy too, lolz

I didn't hear anything about a falling out wih Hexy, but there may have been a clash of personalities there. His production was tapering off over the last few seasons, and he does have 2 more years on his contract than Umby. The overall feeling here is that it is a "one-for one" swap, talent-wise, with the Flyers getting a little more flexibility (glass instead of cement) with their cap situation.

Sad to see him go - he's a good guy. You'll like him.
