Damn this game

I finally quit for the last time a few months ago, and haven't looked back until now. Every day I get a small inkling to buy another month and play to my heart's content, but I tell myself it's wrong. Today I found myself listening to the elwynn and stormwind soundtracks, my two favorite places in the game, maybe going to redridge to kill some gnolls, and I got this tight feeling in my chest, thinking of being low level with my rogue and being in those two zones... Like a first love I still have feelings for it but I have to let it go

A Nerd's Lament

I wish they're re-release this in the diablo II style the way you could make your own games of 6 people... but the problem is, I love the big community feel of the MMO, but it seems like lots of people are getting bored with it... I wish someone could remove all the raidz0r and item farming and enchant spammers and long walks and monthly fees so i could play again.

The saddest thing is that I have a wonderful, fulfilling fun life with two of the greatest friends I could ask for and I still feel empty a little without a stupid game

ive been playing pretty much since the launch up until about 3 weeks ago, (network troubles)

its nice that i can finaly play OTHER games for once :P that said, i enjoy the time i play WoW, it not really a chore or anything playing the game like other MMOs.

ill prob try to get back into it after christmas

Okay, so i've gotten to finally play, and it's pretty fun. It's gay that you can't switch realms with your characters, but other than that, it's pretty cool. I wish i weren't on the trial so i could like trade and shit

Alright, I'm back on. I just can't let it go. I bought a 2 month game card for only 20 bucks!

I really want to try the bloodelves and the new alliance race (hopefully pandaren), plus I miss all the old content too much.

I unfortunately cancelled mine a while ago. I just don't have the time to play enough to warrant keeping my subscription. I play way too many games and this one eats up all the time for everything else and I just can't have that.

I still play Ultima Online too... since 1998...

I will probably hop back in once Burning Crusade is released and start up some fresh characters.

Our bitch Rag dropped Shard of the Flame, Band of Sulfuras, Malistar's Defender, Dragonstalker's Legguards, Bloodfang Pants, and Essence of the Firelord. One of our raiding alliance's warriors got Thunderfury last night too.

We're merging into Testament. They were originally a PvP-only guild, but then they realized that in order to compete, they have to do the end game content. Now they need people who can do PvE.

We didn't kill Rag twice. Those are two pictures from the same night.

There is a gap between those who could take Rag in a straight fight (me with 176 unbuffed fire resist and improving) and our newer raid group members who still have green equipment (some of them), so we used a bunch of potions and other buffs to close the gap. With our "juiced" attempt, we killed him with greater ease than I anticipated. Maybe five or six deaths.

I don't think the name will be changing. We'll be part of Testament as far as I know. I'm not an officer so I don't really get any input

Yes.

Actually, I think he was regularly doing instances with them for a long time (i.e. joined a pick-up group once and everyone realized that nobody in the group sucks so they kept playing together).
