I came home from work and a half hour later I get a knock on the door. I wasn't expecting anything but the UPS guy came, I signed for the package and opened it. I was damn suprised when it was the FFXI beta test along with the beta version of the hard drive! I'm going to mess with it now. Who else got this?? We should get in-game.

Well it took forever to install and download everything on my 56k connection but I got some playing time in last night. Leveled up a bit. It's pretty awesome. Will be playing alot more tonight. Didn't you guys sign up when it was posted here?

I was going to sign up for it, but then I backed down on it. I don't know why. Now I want it.

I'm also sad now.

I'm not sure when I signed up and I never heard back from them in a email unless I missed it. It just arrived and I was glad that it did. Played a bunch more last night. Guess I'm special :/

I signed up the first day Square was accepting beta testers for FFXI and I never recieved any e-mail nor packages from them. So I guess I wasn't accepted.

Also I was the one that posted the FFXI beta testing sign ups here but no one seemed to really care about it back then.
