It sucks. Im moving just a couple of blocks down my street, but it still sucks. Its all because of those Damn Juno awards in my city. Yeah they fucking sucked. It was a joke here. It wasnt an awards show, it was an opportunity for Nelly Furtado to Get 50'000 awards in one night. Fucking shit. Now theyre driving people out of their apartments to turn them into condos due to the new Real-Estate boom. Real fucking good is that, Housing prices go up but due to demand people are buying. So in desparation, my whole entire neighbourhood that i have lived in for the past 3 years is going away in he corporate takeover rivaling that of the Nazi's invading Belgium. Having to Take down all my posters, take the books off my bookshelf and take apart my electronics from the neverending web of wires that lead nowhere. Its a pain in the ass.

Is there a Genie out there that can do my work for me. A sexy Genie, kind of like the one that Major Nelson had on that old TV show, I Dream of Bewitched.

Plus, what am i going to do with all my Beer. Im drinking all i can, but it just wont leave fast enough. Im on my fourth kokanee tonight and theres about two cans left. I suppose i can put them in with my Action Figures. Let them hang with Batman, Goku, Spiderman, the Sandman and a 12 inch Sabertooth with one leg and his face chewed off. I think i did that when i was 8, chewing shit to hell. I still do, i dont have any pens that work anymore because of it but i dont care, i need to chew on shit.

Im also packing up my computer tomorrow, The one im using, which sucks. Then theres My job. Minimum wage and working an average of nine hours a night from 5 til 2 in the morning. Atleast i get cheap beer there.

Plus, doing laundry while packing up and getting ready for work. With no computer, im gonna be bored. At least i have some CD's.

i can't for the life of me imagine why someone would voluntarily live in a condo, it's like getting an apartment that has a thirty year lease instead of 18 months or less

Umm. My family bought the one in which I live. So when we get sick of it, we can sell it with increased value ('cuz be bought it dirt cheap because it was dirt at the time. Now it's awesome!) and rake in the dough.

I suppose if your a single person a condo is appropriate, but if your going to sign away on a place to own, why wouldn't you want to buy something that has a yard and privacy. Living in a condo is like living in an apartment complex with neighbors on all sides of you.

Finally got out, Sorta. This place im in now, a basement, is pretty messed up. The walls creak. I can hear everything that occours in this house, and it smells like cheese. Not good cheese, bad cheese. More like Bad Feta cheese mixed in with some pepperjack. But there is one redeeming feature. Beyond all the paintings of Jesus and Fish. There is a Poster of The Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff emblazoned with "WORD UP" in the top right corner. And that makes me feel happy inside.

At this rate, for me to get all my stuff in here, its going to take 2 days for me to get it all in here, and about a couple of weeks for me to clear it out so that i can actually make this place a Halfway decent place to sleep in.

Now i just got to find all my Videogames and my Happiness is assured.

But it is bullshit. The Condo thing. I mean, the place wasnt even that great of an apartment. I had a fireplace, that had to be blocked off because they never swept them and figured that they could save money by blocking them off and never letting me use it again. Then to further damn it, Rent goes from 500 a month to a Sadistic 900 a month in two months.

If only my city had some rent control laws to Bypass that shit.

Condos are the best thing ever in my town, since house prices are fucking insane. the nicest thing you can afford here under 250,000 is a moderately run down Trailer in an "upscale Trailer-Park"

Rent is a waste here too since a 1 bedroom apt costs on average 1200 a month

I know that, But i mean that Rent went up from 500 to 900 when i was living there. And nobody who lives in an apartment can afford 900 a month and still have enough money to eat.
