Oh man I was thinking about this show today and realized the Cutie Crusaders are the closest you'll get to a dead on Huey, Dewey and Louie if there ever was one.

If I remember correctly, the nephews didn't really have an individual personality to them but they were just as obstructive.

i think they might've had different personalities in the comic strips/books, but yeah i don't remember them being unique in any way in cartoons
