Davis Remains Linked to Peterson Case?

Scott Peterson (news - web sites)'s defense team is pursuing the possibility that body parts found in a Davis dumpster may be linked to the Laci Peterson (news - web sites) murder.
Yolo County investigators believe that bones found last week near U.C. Davis belong to at least four people, but not Laci. But there are reports that the body parts found are similar to those missing from Laci Peterson's body
"You can never be 100% on anything until the DNA testing comes back," said Ed Prieto of the Yolo County Sheriff's Department. "But we're extremely confident it's not connected to Laci Peterson."
Scott Peterson's lawyers say a match would support their theory that Laci was the victim of a satanic ritual.

WOW! A national news story possibly linked to my town. Exciting. The defense in this case is so desperate if they think anyone is going to believe that a "satanic cult" killed her. In another article it said that the parts were found in a UCD dumpster, which is completely untrue, they were found next to the trailerpark by In and Out burger. HAHA. And the guy who found the parts originally took them to the landfill before calling the cops. I love true crime.
