This is an uber disturbing pokemon silver hack called Dopeymon.
(also a buncha other weird hacks., page seems old.)

Anyway, is this a Gameboy Advance game hack? Because we generally tend to cover NES hacks for the most part.

Sorry. no it is gameboy color. the emu emulates gba and gbc.
I do love the reviews, though.
