I got really messed up last summer. For about three weeks I was going to bed at six or seven in the morning and getting up at five in the afternoon.
Here's what you do: Stock up on highly caffeinated pop (SODA
) or energy drinks (or coffee, if you're into that crap) and stay up all night. Do something like playing video games or read, but don't watch TV 'cause that makes you tired. Stay up all night, and then all day. Every time you feel like going to sleep, fight it, and have another sugar-packed beverage. Once you've stayed up until evening the next day, you can reward yourself with sleep. You'll probably sleep more than twelve hours, you'll wake up around nine in the morning, and your internal clock will be reset as desired.
This method has worked for me on three separate occasions. I recommend it. But staying up late is fun anyway. :/
