Sad to think the solitude and privacy of prairie dog observation bubbles have been abused by such sick individuals.

They have this underground tunnel system where there are little dome thingys you could look through like shown in the picture...I think I did that when I was a little kid :/

They're actually pretty interesting little critters. Advanced forms of communication for rodents, run their communities like little underground Puritan villages, defensive mechanism is "running the fuck away" or sometimes "Spring-Loaded Disease Firing Action"....
