Apology in advance if this was already discussed..

Has any of you heard of"The Minibosses", they do some rock covers of NES classics like Castlevania, Punch-Out, Metriod, and Ghost 'n' Ghouls. Very great band..

Aye, I love their cover of the Wizards & Warriors game music. Good stuff. Still, I have to say that http://www.nintendometal.com is my current favorite video game band. "Little Mac's Confession" is one of the best songs ever.

Nothing can touch the Minibosses' Contra medley. Pure excellence!

I love the super mario bros. 2 theme, along with the different versions of the Legend Of Zelda theme a whole lot.

Wreck sent me the Mega Man 2 medley and I love it. I have to download some more of their songs.

What does everyone recommend? I'm already going to go download the Wizards and Warriors and Contra musics.

I can't stop listening to the Minibosses' cover of the Punch-Out music. It rules so fucking much

The people on Kazaa are such retards. I type in the Minibosses, try downloading the Zelda theme cover by them, and it turns out to be the actual Zelda theme exactly as it is from the first Zelda game. I shouldn't complain, cause it still rocks, but still.

You sure that's the minibosses and not the nintendometal.com one I linked to? Their version is the greatest ever.

Yeah, I heard the Minibosses' Metroid Medley (Brinstar Depths/Get Item/More Brinstar Depths/Title Screen), and it's so cool. Still, they should do one from a Wario game. (points to avatar)

a rule of thumb-if the topic is on or past page 3 and has no major significance to the board in question, it is probably not a good idea to bump it.
