Mock Wars 2005 Questionnaire

The 2005 Mock Wars will be left largely open for participation and voting, but we want to avoid problems with people making multiple accounts and 'rocking' the 'vote', so to 'speak.'

We're still deciding on just how to do that, and we'd like your input. Here is my proposal:

Only people who have donated to the boards may participate / vote / view the fights as they happen. Everyone else may donate a minimum of $2 to be included. People who aren't included will be able to view the fights only after they are completed.

I don't want to lock out the public, either, so give me some ideas if you think this would do that.

New additions:
* People that are specifically invited to compete will not have to donate.
* People that drop out of the tournament without a good reason are banned for a month.
* New forum specifically for the fights, normal Mock Wars forum will be open for commentary.
