We al know that my name is a double meaning. (as well as being short for my birth name) Well, one of those meanings is Spanish for Despicable.

Well, I'm going down to downtown LA today for a day trip to see a Muscial. Not one that I am perticulary interested in but I need the excuse to flee the Field if only for a short break. That I plan on visiting a shop there that is chock full of Sci-Fi and Horror stuff.

I have enough experiance with downtown to know that on every street corner there is somone with a go-to-god-your-a-sinner pamphlet and I have a little idea...

While at Fangoria I picked up a (I find it the funniest thing I've read in a long while) pamphlet titled What Can Satan Do For Me? I would like to state that I do not take it seriously and kept it because of it's humor value.

I have photocopied this lovely several times and I plan on handing one to each and every person who tells me I'm going to hell because I do not go to their church... On both white and bright parking-ticket orange paper.

I understand I may be arrested and or assaulted. If you dont hear from me for a while, you know why.

I wish I could come back and tell you all that I was into 5 fights. All around beat down street brawls. Got my butt kicked, kicked someones butt.... You know how when you plan for something it doesen't happen? Yeah. Not a single person out there. And it was a sunday afternoon too. I expected them to be out in force. Short for my birthname jackass... and that would be Dervila. I had it legally changed though but everyone I know wont stop calling me Vila.

I agree, this is meanness for no reason, not Mockery. See, now, "Mockery" should be funny.

I thought the pamphlet was funny-ish.

I'm from Salem, Mass, and around this time of year we have all sorts of people handing out tracts to the tourista basically about how they are going to go to hell for enjoying Salem at Halloween.

The idea of a Satanist tract is funny.

Vila is not necessarily here saying, "Oh, I'm different, I'm Goth, I like Horror, I'm special" Or perhaps she is, but either

A.) GIVE HER A CHANCE
or
B.) MAKE FUN OF HER IN A FUNNY WAY

I HATE the I-mockery thing of "HEY YOU HAVE JUST ARRIVED SO YOU SUCK!"

WORK a little for God's sake.
