The legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Yeah its fair enough to be pissed off about it, ecspecially that you had it pre-ordered and they cancelled it.

Just harder to relate here becasue every store I walk into at the mall has dozens of copies of it for Gamecube.

Anyway back to the main topic, Twilight princesses has been one of the best Zelda game I've played great story, great combat. Horseback fighting is done fairly well, however the one on one jousting can be a bit tidious. Wolf link works really well and after playing for a while and unlocking the secret moves and that, combat flows really well. The graphics are pretty good for something like the gamecube but the Wii was never going for a graphical comeback so it isn't that much of a problem. All in all I have found the game to be excellent if not better than ocarina of time at least very close to.

Yeah thats very true, we do get stuffed around quite alot, I remember buying an American Gamecube magazine that was two months old, yet still kept in date for Australian dates, it was really sad.

Well at least the graphics for RE4 looked alot better on the Gamecube compared to the PS2.

I'm now on my way to the castle after Midna got schooled. I'm not the biggest fan of the wolf form myself. It's easy and the game isn't nearly as fun during the wolf parts, imo.

That sucks. When I first went to pick it up last Tuesday night they only had one copy and it wasn't marked or anything. Later that week they got some more in and the stock has been pretty decent here even with a lot of the stores cutting back their GC selection.

You have to find the game. I wouldn't say it's my favorite Zelda at this point but it is right up there.

Twilight Princess was at the top of my list this year and I haven't yet found a copy in any stores I've been to, so if I don't get it come Monday I've got some searching to do.

This game looks so awesome, despite the fact that I'm exactly, thus far, maybe about 30 seconds into it.

*sighs* I sure hope this game blows me away. I had a kid recently, and as that eats up a lot of time, depending on how many hours this game takes, I may finally have gotten my money's worth, as it's gonna take me MONTHS to make significant progress.

I got the master sword and am now making my way to Lake Hylia to meet whatever his name is to get to the Desert place.

Now that I can switch from Wolf to Human at will, the game has definately taken a leap forward.

I just grabbed the last copy in the mall today :D

The graphics are amazing, and makes Wind Waker look like a piece of shit. I keep a promise to myself for every Zelda game that I will not look at a walkthrough if I ever get stuck, but the drawback to this is that it took me an an hour and a half to feed the goddamned cat

Yeah that took me longer than it should have too. I also got stuck looking for one of those fucking tears. The good news is that I get addicted really easily and that's always a sign that the game is good :O

I'm at the tears part now. I've clocked about three hours so far and I'm not all that impressed with the gameplay yet. Part of it is because it's doing a lot what I fucking hated about the beginning of Majora's Mask, and that's running around trying to revert back to my human self. That, and it feels like I'm running around doing errands instead of playing a Zelda game. I dunno, I just hope it picks up soon.

It does. I hate those parts too though. I was really disappointed at first and kept waiting for a normal looking zelda game and was thinking that the wolf/darkness thing would be cool for like one temple only but once I got to the forest temple it felt like classic zelda. I'm also a bit disappointed that it looks like there's only 3 swords total, and one is a wooden one . I was hoping for an optional one like the giant's knife or gilded sword.

Feeding the cat was harder then killing ganon. Which, unfortunately, was pretty easy I must say. The first fight with ganon was unimaginative. The last three were really fun but were just too easy.

No it was an exact quote on whether or not he'd ever release RE4 on another console.

He lied, he apologized later after the PS2 release
