I'm trying to get a Sega CD emulator to work, but it says that I need to get some ASPI drivers for my CDROM before it will recognize the CD in the tray. Any precautions I should take before finding/downloading some?

try this one It worked for the snes to dreamcast roms

its near the bottom its called aspi layer fix

Nevermind, I figured it out. Just used ForceASPI.
