I Love finger food and pan frying some Tortellini is easy and fun. Frying anything in Oil can be dangerous so don't put the heat up too high or let it spill over onto the burner. I bought some Chicken wings and heated up some pasta sauce for dipping...

Those are more like raviolis, tortellinis are more rounded. Hence the name, italian for "little belly-buttons".
