the new gossip isn't doing much for me. i think they've lost their charm towards me. the new goldfrapp sounds pretty nice so far and i haven't heard the new broadcast yet.
i'm currently totally obsessed with the new mogwai, the kawabata/youngs collaboration, and sunburned hand of the man's headdress lp. i'm also still listening to the new white stripes and yeah yeah yeahs albums when with friends who don't dig the stuff i more regularly listen to.
also, all of you dischord kids should start worshipping the black eyes asap. best release from dischord in ages!

Yeah, a lot of people have been complaining about Black Cherry, but I'm enjoying it. It's no Felt Mountain, but solid nonetheless. My favorite by far is "Deep Honey".

I'm really curious to hear Broadcast myself. And yes, The Black Eyes kick ass.
