Man, I'd really like to check out some of those bands, but I'm on PSTN and that sucks. I think it's very nice of you to offer sharing the music you like with the forum, in any case.

jeanette x, i use kazaa. however, i find that most of the people seeking this type of music avoid kazaa. they're all on soulseek, which i unfortunately can't use because of some dumb system error that i'm working on.
helm, i have no idea what pstn is. if there's any way we work around it i'm willing to try. if anything, there's always snail mail.
ninjavenom, i'm done burning those cd's and just about ready to start partying my fucking brains out (we have 7 gallons of coon dawg punch in this fucking house!) if you want to give me a ring on aol-im i can start hooking you up with the fucking noise right now!
ihach, my msn messenger has been dead for awhile. if i can get it working, i'll let you know. in the meantime, you should try downloading aol-im for free. it's a decent alternative to msn messenger.
i'm glad some people are showing interest in this. sharing music makes me almost as happy as drinking and making out with short-haired girls does.

PSTN are modem connections that go up to 5.6 klb per second. The next best thing in greece are ISDN connections, that go up to 12.8 kpersec (if I remember correctly) and that doesn't even come close to the T1-Cable modem speeds you guys get in the States.

There's always snail mail, but I'd hate to have you go through all the trouble, really.

Thanks for the offer.

I think it would be a fantastic idea to set up our own direct connect hub were we could all trade stuff. I dont know if my connection is fast enough...but maybe I could get one setup somewere if people are interested.

I would be. I don't have a ton of unheard of stuff like mitch does, but i've got a decent collection of 2000 or more mp3s to share.

i would love to do something like that, but the last time i tried it (the saddle creek hub), my pc wouldn't run the program required. i'm hoping to reformat/fix my pc this week (anyone who can help with this gets brownie points), so maybe that will change my many computer-related woes.
also, here are some more albums i've recently acquired that are up for grabs...

sunburned hand of the man - wild animal
errase errata/numbers - split
scott amendola band - cry
