Seriously, though, this game sucks.

Jesus christ, I mean, after holding out anxiously for three years for this one and dropping fifty bucks for it, are you guys honestly satisfied with the mediocrity of the title, especially compared with every other game in the franchise? Because I'm fucking not. This is like Halo 2 times a million or something.

UH OH! PMS!

I'm wondering what everyone who knew about this game were expecting anyway? It's a Zelda game guys. If you're tired of Zelda, that's one thing. If you expected something else then I'm not sure why you're playing a Zelda game in the first place.

I'm not tired of Zelda, but this one barely counts as a Zelda game. Lame puzzles mixed with long boring dungeons and a giant empty gameworld makes for a crappy game experience, and I really don't see why you guys are enjoying it.

I don't know what you were expecting. It's a zelda game. They all have the same bullshit "go through # of temples/dungeons collecting either some sort of stones or shards of some sort using the special items to you get along the way". It's been this way for 20 some years nows, and nothing has changed but better graphics and a new gimmick for it each game (Side Scrolling, Time Traveling, or Sailing). This one just happened to be the worse (wolf )

Yeah the game isn't that great, but if you were expecting something different you just as much of a dummy like the ones who fucking flip out if this game gets anything lower then a 10 out of 10 (with the exception of your bonus flaws as a human being).

Same here. I'm mainly bashing gw because to say it sucks that bad is pretty fucking dumb. It's pretty underwhelming, but it's still a really fun game and is definitely not as bad as dj's letting on.

Buuuuut, I got sick of the wolf stuff really quickly.

Ok, mabye the game isn't as horrible as I'm saying, but it's still pretty fucking lame. Especially after they postponed it like 5 times so they could "make it better."

i will admit this game lacks the challenge of the 2D games. the 3D environment makes puzzles much easier than the NES/SNES games it seems. although OoT was a cakewalk compared to this.

Huh? I thought the 2d games were just as easy. For the most part, OOT was pretty easy, but that fucking water temple was one of the most annoying levels in any game, ever.

I played it on Wii. Cause I just really love swinging the sword and things.

'Course the backwards Wii maps would make you confused if you were used to the GameCube ones.
