What do you think about the situation with H1 visa holders in the US?

I'm not sure how it is in other states, but CA has more than a few who are here working in jobs that could be filled by many currently out of work citizens. Jobs like programing, sys-administration and office administration to name a few.

i've always supported scaling back legal immigration, at least until we can eliminate the ILLEGAL immigration problem.
