I'm sure if you stepped back and really took a look at yourself or the way you live, you'd realize the answer. You just don't want to accept your own fault, whatever it may be

Its only taken me about 10 years to understand the water jug riddle in Die hard with a Vengeance. My brain takes a while, but it gets there in the end
start small, like a gentle touch to the shoulder and a dance, or try to hold hands first. Touching can be a big issue, so do it appropriately, otherwise my may get slapped in the face.
