Some of it looks good, other stuff looks like crap. They've made the Hulk move really fast in all the seens so you can't tell how crappy the CG is.

And I didn't know that Hulk could jump like a million feet into the air.

He could. In the early comics, it was usually kind of a cop-out so Hulk could effectively flee the army and such.
