I had a dream that my kid was in a parade or a show or some such shit and I was trying to get there- she had already gone off with a group of kids and her being there wasn't a problem, but I kept being derailed by people wanting to show me different things. At one point, I was sent up to an attic with these Antique-Roadshow kind of guys to look at a scrabble set that was somehow more valuable because someone had made gold-painted cardboard squares to replace the tiles. Then I found a WTFbus and I wanted to buy it but couldn't because I was with the antique roadshow people.
