jigglypuff is busted because she can keep nearly any character from recovering with her insane aerial agility

in a 4 player match, there is no better move to recover with then her roll out (UNLESS SOMONE IS PLAYING MARTH OR ROY LOL) because it will usually kill the 1 guy who's not paying attention. her pound (forward b) is also insane not only because it keeps you in flight but also because it's so good to run away from somone and as they're chasing you just hit back B and juggle them

if jigglypuff was a starcraft unit she'd be a carrier for sure guys

I find Ness to be significantly shittier in Melee than he is in SSB 64 but I can't figure out why.

Because they mega-pussified every character when they cleaned up the game engine. Samus used to be my main, and now she's terrible.

I can't figure out exactly what's different about him that makes him suck. I guess it's mostly that his PK Thunder doesn't move as fast as it used to.

Ness used to be my main guy in 64, but I would never play as him because he was waaaay too powerful. The stomp cancels out EVERYTHING, has no delay, and can be combo'd with PRECISION. Apart from that, the bat is extremely strong, and his throws (my main offensive tactic) are incredible.

I liked 64 a lot more, because it was much simpler to be decent with every single character. I know that doesn't leave a lot of room for specialization, but I was outstanding with Ness, Luigi, Yoshi, and just good with everyone else.

The thing I don't like about 64 is that everyone either feels really floaty or really cramped up. Also it rapes my controller, so I mainly just emulate it.
