If they do the 3 dvd releases for this one movie then I would have to suggest that it would be done for the money.

So far they are talking about doing the three DVDs, each with seperate extras.

That pisses me off.

That just means eventually probably 2007-2010 there will be an uber-special edition boxed set with everything, plus a few commercials and screen tests or something (to validate "new material") just so you can buy everything a fourth time.

Yeah like he's known for doing that with his movies

I was at Wal-mart the other day and even this is old hat, I saw the new "special edition" of the original terminator DVD. on the back of the case it said some shit like

Mission: Return to the past and terminate Sarah Conner,
and ensure the RISE OF THE MACHINES.

I'm not even going to begin to say whats wrong with that.

They should release one DVD set with volume 1 & volume 2 on one disk, and then the extras on a second disk. Then they should release a barebones DVD of the complete movie edited together. Because really, to most people, I think seeing the movie edited together would just be a novelty. But on the other hand, if people didn't care about special features and felt it would be a waste to get the two-disk set, then that'd be good.

But I'm willing to bet that it doesn't happen this way. I bet that the DVDs for volume 1, volume 2, and the complete edited-together movie will all be two disks, despite the fact that the bonus material (or at least the stuff that isn't garbage to make the running time on the bonus material disk longer) won't be enough to not have just put on the same disk as the movie itself.

I worked all day today so I got to watch most of this movie again. I just can't not watch it

They should put out a 3 disc set, with each movie on it's own disc and a extra features disc. I'd gladly pay $40 for that instead of having to shell out $50 for three different ones. :/

you should just tell them how you think it should be. I'm sure your reputation for being infallible in matters of pure subjectivity precedes you enough that they will release it thus.

Movie wasn't bad. Kind of one of those movies where I didn't really like it, but it kind of grew on me. I read the script several months ago, and I can honestly say that Part II is going to fucking own the crap out of Part I. [minor spoiler]Like when she goes and trains at Pei Mei's house...good stuff.[/minor spoiler]

Some of the stuff I didn't like. [very minor part II spoiler]For example, Tarantino bleeping out her name has absolutely no significance whatsoever. I guess you can kind of say it's a bit of a joke, but overall, it serves absolutely no purpose in the movie. I think he does it just to be "retro" or "cool" or something. After all, if you've ever seen any of his interviews, he really thinks he's the best guy out there.[/minor spoiler] I don't enjoy how he does things in an attempt to be cool, yet serves no logical purpose.

I also thought the fight scenes blew. Terrible. Hack. Slash. Hack. Slash. I understand that it was sort of the premise of the movie, but I still didn't like it. The beginning fight scene was okay, but the whole House of Blue Leaves fight scene I thought was terrible.

THIS MOVIE OWNS.

One of the best films I have ever seen. It looked like complete shit from the trailers so I though I could make fun of it. Boy was I wrong.

See it while you have the chance and stop looking for sold out Matrix tickets.

Here in the middle of PA Kill Bill is still playing.

We have the shittiest theaters because they get very few movies. The good thing is that the movies they get play for months and you can watch good ones again.

I saw it twice, and I noticed some really funny stuff the second time.

1. Uma Thurman rips out someone's eyeball

2. There's a dead guy sticking his tongue out on the floor in that huge battle scene near the end.

I bought the soundtrack as well , and I wasn't disappointed
