While it's basically a remake of Night of the Creeps (and Slugs), it just doesn't stand up to the original. It definitely had its moments and I chuckled a few times, so it wasn't "bad" per se, it just wasn't all that I had hoped it would be. I do like that they used a lot of puppeteers for some of the effects instead of solely relying on CGI shit.

Main problem was that the movie started off really slow and it takes a while to get to any of the good stuff. :/

Agreed. It took WAY too long before any of the "slithering" started. Other than that, I thought it was kind of funny.

It's got Nathan Fillion, and that should be reason enough to go see it.
