not really, you forget how long ago half life came out. there where alot of people at the time that had graphics cards that couldnt even support opengl. I remeber at the time when cs first came out i was a badass becasue i had smooth graphics and high speed internet when so few others did.

I hate it when people online bitch about how slow their 70ms ping is, when I remember when a 250ms ping was "grab onto your balls because they might fly off" fast. Fucking 12-year-olds ruin every good game.
