Old Mar 7th, 2010, 11:45 AM        Stallone 4 in one DVD
Hello all,

I don't know if anyone else does this for there father but every christmas I seem to find myself drawing a blank on what to get him and resort to purchasing an obligatory DVD. Now in the days of "BLUE RAY" its very affordable to find cheap DVDs and even better they sell DVD compilations. So your spending $9.99 at BestBuy and getting a 4 films in one.

Try getting the same savings at the grocery store! yeah right!

So a week or so before this past Christmas I went on over there and starting going through the action aisle. Half way through the "S" section I stumbled upon this...

http://www.amazon.com/Sylvester-Stal...2&sr=8-3-fkmr1

It's a 4 in one Stallone DVD. Now I've never seen the Specialist and don't really care to but the rest of the line up is amazing.

Tango & Cash
Demolition Man
&
Over the Top

The only other movie that would have made this a MUST HAVE DVD is if they axed "The Specialist" and put Cobra in it's place. Has anyone ever purchased one of these before? For some reason I think I remember someone telling me that they are going to start making 4-in-1's for all the old school action film stars.

A while ago I bought Demolition Man and Over the Top on one disc. This looks like it's big brother.

Over The Top will always be one of the greatest films he ever made.

I usually find that annoying, but this time, I kinda wanted to read the review anyway. So, thanks for saving me 30 seconds, I guess.

I read the I-Mockery Over The Top review at work today. Good stuff. You guys really described the scenes well in the movie and I was amazed by how many blatant advertisements they put in there as well.

Wow,

I think you may have just suggested next years Christmas DVD for my Dad. He loves Terminator 2 and Total Recall.

and the 2-in-1 Bill & Ted's one sounds interesting. I may just pick that one up for myself.
