That's what I would think you'd call it, anyway.

Does anyone know how you make it so that a column or row in a spreadsheet stays visible no matter how far you scroll on the sheet? Excel or Openoffice, if you know how to do it on either.

Got it. You use the "freeze" command in the "Windows" menu.
