Peter David's run on Aquaman vol. 3 is really, really good. In about 46 issues, he basically ungayed the character. Gave him long hair, a harpoon for a hand and made him quite unhinged.

This is a must-read for everyone who's ever knocked Orin.

Me like Aquaman? Well, stranger things have happened. Of course, I'm not entirely sure that anything will redeem him in my eyes, but it's worth a shot I guess. I follow the "don't knock it 'till you've tried it" policy.

It might be okay. After all, I never thought that Green Arrow would EVER be cool. But then I read the relaunch by Kevin Smith, and now it's one of my favorite books.
