Old Oct 3rd, 2005, 02:07 PM        Kurdish Iraqi President calls for Shiite PM to Resign
in addition, Kurds and shiites disagree over the rules governing a rejection of the draft constitution. Kurds say a two thirds majority of people who cast vots. Shiites say a two thirds majority of registered voters, wether they vote or not.

My question: Has the US government made any sort of contingency plans regrading a total collapse of the temporary government and open civil war? Will we re-occupy? Choose on of the factions as the legitimate Iraqu government? Leave?

It seems to me a lot that has gone wrong with this war is because there was never a plan B in case trhings didn't go down as planned.

Do we have a plan B this time?
