valve banned 20,000 steam users who attempted to pirate half-life, its not something you want to try (unless like a REAL pirate, you like to live a life on the edge)

Except the version valve [alegedly] released was nuked as soon as it was released. Only complete noobs actually downloaded it and they deserve to get caught.

steam is this program that lets you download and play games online. Its like gamespy only dumb. Steam actually made me copy a gig of cs:cz to another folder just so i could play it online. And now the original shortcut doesnt even work thanks to steam.
Overall I have not enjoyed using steam and would rather watch steam off a freshly laid turd in the winter.

Steam has always worked fine for me and is far superiour to any gamespy product.
