But since your a runner Bod, doesn't that help release the endorphins needed to ease the depression? I hear a lot of clinics are recommending it holistically.

Running certainly does help combat depression. And hard running can make you very high.

Also cypramil helps reduce depression, the problem lies within coming off such medication, which I did rather abruptly. You see when you're on it you think you're fine, so you come off it only to go bump soon afterwards. I've done this twice now. and the last few days have been the 'bump'.

I'm going out for a run now...
