i think as long as photoshops are done artistically, I think they should be allowed in these sort of events. As long as people don't paste things on just to be funny and it just gets abnoxious.

PS- Interpretations should be original

Ah, I did post a sketch, but I wasn't happy with it. It wasn't a photoshop, but I did clean it up and fiddle with it in shop. You must have commented as it was being deleted.
