What targets in Iraq require bunker busters?

Well, maybe we're going after cave in Afghanistan. Except we own the skies there, and we already have non-stealth plains that can carry bunker busters.

Where would we need stealth delivery of Bunker busters?

See, now, that might be a budget request where we could save a little money, since it's a budget for Iran and Afghanistan and they don't have any targets with a need for stealth delivery of bunker busters. 'Cause if they're for something else, they shouldn't be in that budget, right?
