I seem to have a dispute amongst several individuals about whether achievements in games Steam offers are Steam Achievements and are in no way, shape, or form are related to Windows Live. I believe they are. I'd like the head-honcho's opinion about it, if that's alright with you. I know you're a fairly busy dude and all, so I'm sorry if this happens to appear stupid, but it's somewhat important to me.

Why do we have only three people in the group?

Chojin, as admin I demand you force everyone on the forum to join. That way I can get the the "play with 8 friends" achievement in TF2, and I'm sure everyone secretly desires to enhace my TF2 profile.

I got steam with the orange box and then i got Garry's Mod 10 which is quite awesome.

Download the beta for the Orange Box stuff. Putting together things from Half Life 2 and Team Fortress 2 is fun.

I have steam too (but only with audio surf and GTA:san andreas) my computer cant handle TF2

i only have hl2, whatever extras come with it (deathmatch and something else), and garry's mod. i didn't read this entire thread, so i don't know if anyone has garry's mod, but it would be nice to build couch-cars with some online friends :>

Gadzooks if you tell me your steam name I will try and invite you too, but the search thing in Steam sucks for some reason.

This is far more complicated than it should be. How would we all feel about opening up the group to be public?

Okay I've made the group public but also promoted all forum regulars to officer status so we're set apart from any strangers (

) that join as a result of the group being public.

Permissions are not full but you can kick people from the group/chat, post announcements and create events. If anyone is seen to be abusing these things I'll demote them to a regular member.
