I had 2 laser treatments on my upper lip. It makes the hair sparser, but it doesn't get rid of it totally. :/

You just need to have hair, it depends on who is doing it I think. It works by sending an electrical shock through the hair. So I suppose you only need enough to shock. Stop shaving for a week or two. If you only have Prepubescent hair just get the laser treatment done, it would probably keep it gone for a long time.

I use an electric Razor(when I shave), it works really good. Especially if you're the kind of person who doesn't shave for a month then finally decides to shave.
