How can something be almost anime? Either it is or it isn't! Cartoons made in Japan are anime, cartoons made everywhere else aren't.

But anime is just the Japan word for animation, so to them, all cartoons are anime. ARE YOU A JAPANESE, CLEMENT?

Pseudo-anime isn't an actual name you know. You just add pseudo to the front of something to say "somewhat." You must have read someone write that and got confused.

So... Americanime is American toons heavily inspired by anime (TS, TT), while psuedo-anime is only slightly inspired by anime in that it has big eyes and no noses. Is that right?

pseudo-anime isn't a term, just as supa said. it's just "somewhat" anime. whatever you deem to be "somewhat", then that's it.
