Breaded Pork Tenderloins

I'm sure McClain knows what it's all about. This is a sandwich served in Central Indiana and, with inferior quality, in some of the other midwest states. You take pork, beat the hell out of it, bread it and fry it. It takes the most bland meat there is and makes it divinity on a bun.
