i'm squishy in the middle, but my legs are rock solid cause i have restless leg syndrome that keeps me up at night (this has developed since i've been pregnant) and the only thing that helps is to fatigue my muscles, so i do like 75 squats every time i wake up to pee (read: every 1-2 hours) so i can get back to sleep.
